Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt ⅓ teaspoon
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Lingonberry 0 oz
- Apple 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. For this, mix the butter with sugar, add 2 egg yolks, salt, and flour.

Knead the dough. Form it into a ball and chill for about 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the chilled dough in a greased baking dish or one lined with parchment paper. Prick with a fork.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
Step 5
Prepare the filling: peel and slice the apples. To prevent browning, drizzle them with lemon juice.
Step 6
Sauté the apples in a small amount of oil until golden brown.
Step 7
Arrange the apples in a rosette and sprinkle with frozen lingonberries, or other berries like black currants.
Step 8
For the sauce, mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and milk.
Step 9
Pour the mixture over the pie.
Step 10
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
