Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour ⅓ tablespoon
  • Starch film 2½ cups
  • Whole egg 3 pieces
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Rum 4 tablespoons
  • Coconut flakes to taste
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 1 can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the softened butter with sugar, gradually adding vanilla, then add the egg yolks one at a time and pour in the rum.

Step 2

Next, add the dry ingredients and knead a smooth elastic dough.

Step 3

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5–0.7 cm and cut out round cookies. Place them on a baking sheet.

Step 4

Bake in the oven at 300°F for 20–25 minutes. The cookies should not brown too much, just acquire a creamy hue.

Step 5

Once the cookies cool, begin assembling. Take one cookie and spread it with condensed milk. Cover it with a second cookie.

Step 6

Coat the sides of the structure with more condensed milk and roll them in coconut flakes.
