Description
Usually, such cutlets are made from chicken fillet, but we believe that using turkey is more original and tastier.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Starch film 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into very small cubes.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Let it sit for 2–3 hours.
Step 5
Using a wet tablespoon, place the cutlets in a hot skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve with any side dish or simply with rye bread.
