- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Gin 0 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- Orange zest to taste

Step 1
Place two scoops of ice cream in a dessert bowl or cup.
Step 2
Blend the chocolate until it becomes crumbly.
Step 3
Heat the milk until hot, but do not boil.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, pour the chocolate and pour the hot milk over it.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Add the gin.

Mix well again.

Pour the chocolate mixture with milk and gin over the ice cream in the bowl.

Sprinkle with lime zest.
